Not a crisis or emergency service
AMRI does not monitor this tool in real time. It is not a hotline, not a covered service, and there is no guaranteed response time. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call or text 988 or call 911.
Acceptable use
Don't use this service to harm yourself or others, to harass, or to submit information about another person without their consent. Don't attempt to disrupt or scrape the service.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMRI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMRI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
